Thank you for caring about the musicians and their music. We don’t make a fuzz about paperwork. Should any questions arrive about our services, don’t hesitate to contact us. Thank you for supporting this approach. To make sure that you feel comfortable about our service, we set up this guide which prevents misunderstandings and shipping failure.

  • Make sure that your shipping address is correct
  • All shipping costs and eventual return fees must be payed by the customer
  • Sixteentimes Music will not pay for any returns caused by the customer
  • You can pre-calculate your shipping costs in your shopping basket
  • Packing material costs are included in the shipping costs
  • We ship worldwide
  • Shipping time depends on your location. Usually, we send out twice a week with ‘Economy’ service and costs of the swiss post office
  • Pre-Sales will be shipped upfront the release date. You should receive it at the latest on release date
  • We don’t offer tracked shipping yet
