Terms of Service

Thank you for taking care about the musicians and their music. This shop was build to help artists to sell their music for a fair price to fans and supporters. This includes our fair terms and conditions of business.

We supply only factory-new products in genuine branded quality. The contract is concluded in that we accept, through our order confirmation, the customer’s offer to enter into a contract by way of placing an order. This order confirmation includes the material content of the order placed.

Warranty / Liability
Liability on the goods supplied is limited to a replacement delivery. Claims for rescission of contract or reduction in payment will not be considered provided a replacement delivery can be made within a reasonable period of time.

Complaints regarding product defects may be made within 8 days. If an inspection of the defective product reveals that the defect is attributable to negligence on the part of the purchaser (such as damage due to careless handling), the purchaser shall be liable for the cost of the replacement delivery.

We accept no liability for any hardware damage caused by the copy protection.

Our liability for our own fault, as well as that of our legal representatives and agents is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to the breach of fundamental contractual obligations and absence of warranted characteristics.

Place of jurisdiction
Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Basel. We also reserve the right to pursue legal proceedings at the customer’s place of jurisdiction.

Data protection
Personal data will be treated as confidential and will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. We’ll use your mail for our newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Delivery terms
Shipping time depends on your location. Usually we ship out twice a week with the so called ‘Economy’ service and costs of the swiss post office. Pre-Sales will be shipped upfront the release date, you should receive it at the latest on release date. A delay in delivery will never result in a reduction in the selling price.

We do not make part deliveries. When you pre-order an item with other already available items, everything will ship with the item that has the latest release date.

We reserve the right to limit orders to consumer quantities in the case of articles in short supply and special offers.
